Megan is the founder and CEO of Clark, a software platform for the tutoring industry that helped educators build and scale their businesses. Under her leadership, Clark served thousands of educators, raised funding from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Winklevoss Capital, Rethink Education, and Human Ventures, and won Apple's Planet of the Apps before being acquired by Noodle in 2019. Before founding Clark, Megan was a founding partner at New York-based startup studio Human Ventures and served as Director of Development at Pencils of Promise. Following the acquisition of Clark, she served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Kaplan and Head of Strategic Partnerships at Chegg. She holds an MPA from NYU's Wagner School of Public Service and a BA from Santa Clara University.
